Cancellation Policy
We require 48hrs notice, prior to 12.00 noon of arrival day, to avoid full payment being charged.
If a room is cancelled more than 48hrs in advance, then only the first night will be charged on bookings of up to 4 days.
Bookings for longer periods will incurr a larger cancellation fee, at the discretion of the proprietor.
On bookings of only 1 night,the charge will be 50%.
If the number of days booked is reduced, this will be deemed as a cancellation, and the same policy will apply, at the discretion of the proprietor.
